The Radiant Sparkling Wine Company works exclusively with méthode Champenoise sparkling wines.
In most cases, we work with wineries from the point of taking the wine from a blended base wine through to the final packaging of that wine. Wineries are expected to create a suitable base wine based on discussions about style and goals. The Radiant Sparkling Wine Company then develops a unique yeast culture developed on the winery's base wine. Our purpose built mobile sparkling wine bottling line will then bottle at the winery as a means of keeping the quality as high as possible by keeping each wineries sparkling wines in their own cellars.
When the wine is appropriately aged, The Radiant Sparkling Wine Company then again works with the winery to develop a specific dosage tailored to winemaker's vision of the wine. The wines are then riddled disgorged, and final packaged utilizing some of the industry's most advanced and specialized sparkling wine specific equipment.
For complete service, there is a 400 case minimum production level. Also due to the amount of interaction with the partner wineries, there is a service range as well. If wineries are able to bottle their own sparkling wines in a bottle that fits with Radiant's process, we can also take on simply finishing a winery's sparkling wines.
